I have a large curtain rod, whose plastic clips have become brittle and broken. How do I fix this? So that I can once again open and close my drapes. Do I need a new rod? Do you replace curtain rods?

We just had a Hunter Douglas curtain rod repaired there recently. Had the same problem you are describing.
