Paid for full service and did terrible job on interior. I will now go to just regular old car wash since this place is charging so much more for what ends up being a drive through car wash

Overall a good job but watch out for the minute details. They missed the nooks and crannies…. The cup holder edges were still a tad dirty. If I am paying $30 plus for a car wash then I expect a good job.

After years of going to this business I went again today. The job on the interior was TERRIBLE. $28 later and mud, finger prints, and obviously not vacuumed seats. They were nice when I asked about this but the person who appeared to be in charge took no responsibility for the work and acted like “well, we did something so that should be good enough”. I literally asked for a rag and spray to work on it myself which they were happy to let me do. So not only is there still visible dirt on the outside of the car I’ll now have to go home and vacuum and wipe it down myself.

Zippy's on Ellsworth near State and Zeeb near Jackson have vacuums for no charge. Lamplighter on Jackson has coin operated, also Stadium cleaners laundromat on S. Industrial. You can hose off your car 24/7 using coins at Lamplighter. There used to be or still is a place on Packard near Mary's chicken that had/has coin operated.

They're replacing equipment. Per their Facebook: Our new equipment is coming!! We will be closed tomorrow, Monday, January 22nd through Thursday, January 25th for the installation of the new equipment. Not touchless. You leave your car at the designated port and someone vaccum/cleans and then drives it through the carwash while you are watching TV in their lobby. At the other end, someone wipes it down.
