From the moment I entered the store I was met with disappointment. The cashier was signaling me through glass they were closed. Jumping around hysterically. I entered and she said oh we close at 9. I felt uneasy shopping. At checkout she begin to become theatrical again and demanded my email although I was already a rewards member she insisted. She acted normal with the customer in front of me so I can only say please provide diversity training to the woman who closed on 10/8. To add insult she gestured outside after I left to laugh with the younger employees-they we’re smiling. Her behavior was unacceptable.

BB&B is awash in supply chain issues. I wasn't really able to get my hands on most of the pillow options they claimed on-line were available at my site. The next day, it was reported their CFO jumped out the widow. By the time you read this, a bunch of their stores will be closed, although this Ann Arbor facility is not yet on the hit list. We were more successful in our pillow search at Macy's.
