Oct 2022 5 stars for the improved selection across men's and women's departments, floor displays and layout of the store. 4 stars for organization; men's clearance area was a mess. Gave up looking through the racks. Didn't make it over to women's. 4 stars on cashing out and no line today. Did not know how to credit purchases for Kohl's rewards... will look it up later.
