Went to this place a while back and we were treated rudely. Worker in the back called us names and was very disrespectful. Decided to give them a second chance today and the same worker proceeded to verbally berate us and again named called all of us simply because we were browsing an area that was apparently off limits. Nothing is clearly marked in this area and all looks like piles of junk for sale. Rather than politely ask us to move from that area he instantly resorted to name calling and extreme rudeness. We walked away without the purchases we were going to make and will never go back. If you’re looking for junk shops I recommend staying away from this place and go somewhere else that treats it’s customers with respect.

Best thrift store ever. Amazing selection and prices

Prices are outrageous for used items they got for free. You wait in line for people to negotiate prices at the counter because nothing is priced, only to get to the register and be smacked with some ridiculous number. Don’t waste your gas money driving out there.

I had two experiences here. The first, someone looked in my basket and charged 10. She was also willing to barter some things for less. I was like awesome, im definitely coming back. I fill up my hand basket. There was less in there this time. But a bag of rusty old cookie cutters was 5 dollars. And everything misc thereafter was an additional 10. I have some troubles with anxiety, so it was hard to say no. I drove 45 minutes, to be given strangely high prices for seemingly junk. I just had craft stuff. And a tile was 1 dollar, which sounds great, until you find out they sell 50 cents at home depot. I know they are all trying their best. I was just disappointed, and I probably wont be returning. I wish them well.

Yes
It's a private thrift shop. I asked at the front desk if they do anything as charity. She mentioned that if there is a family in need, they can provide free home furniture and goods.
Everything has to be in clean, good condition in order for us to accept it as a donation!
To my knowledge, this is a privately owned thrift store that does not support any outside charity.
As long as it is in good, clean, resealable condition, it will be accepted as a donation. If there are any holes, rips, stains or tears, we will have to pass on the item. You are more then welcome to bring it by and we will take a look!! ☺️
We do not accept entertainment centers. Send us a photo via Facebook through our fb page, on messenger. We’ll take a look and let you know for sure.
We will. Just not the large, hard carnival types you win at the fair. They have to be in very good, Clean condition in order for us to take them though.
We do not purchase items. We are donation only.
We do not regularly get washers. I believe the Habitat ReStore may have a program. Try giving them a call.
Depending on your location in Ann Arbor and the items, we may be able to offer a pickup. Give us a call at 734-222-0876, after we receive pictures of your items, again, we may be able to offer a pickup.
We only take modern flat screen tvs. We do not accept any older box style tvs.
No. Just drive around to the donation door at the back of the building.
Yes, they have old magazine's . It depends on what people buy though. Just because they had some the last time I was there , that doesn't mean they will be there long .
You can drop off anytime they are open.
As long as it is in good condition and has to be in working order for us to be able to accept this and anything as a donation.
