Go to any animal shelter some are as low as 10 dollars plus they will give the shots Davis county will also give you a goodie bag with toys and a coupons for food and other things
As others have pointed out, these kittens are already spayed or neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Most have come through our lifesaving kitten nursery and spent several weeks in volunteer foster homes with all supplies and medical care provided. We're certainly not making a profit on our adoption fees! Note that kittens are $90 to adopt but they are also two-for-one and we often have adoption promotions and specials. All the money you spend is also a donation so it goea back into rescue. I spent $90 on my 3 month old and he was neutered and microchipped
