Call them and see what the process is. They do issue voucher for fixing cats and I think have a clinic in provo or orem. But not positive.

Best Friends Animal will give you vouchers to get her fixed and then the kittens can possibly be adopted but they'll also need thatchers to get their shots in they can give them to you.

Look in to another rescue group. Do not use face book. Rescue groups Will require an application and assure they go to a good home. There are people that are not responsible enough to have pets.
Humane society will fix them low cost or free. As for finding a home for them, if they are not feral, handle the kittens as much as you can, and post them on Facebook marketplace and ksl.
