Can I use something other then utility bill like another piece of mail for proof of residency, asking due to the fact I don’t pay utilities and all I have is my work paystub and another piece of mail with the address I live at.

You can carry junk mail if it has your name on it along with the address. Other kind of mail should also do. Carry at least 2-3.
