I would give this location zero stars if possible. The workers here are soo rude. I waited on line to get insulted and ultimately walked out. Penndot this an awful location and moving here from NJ your systems and process are antiquated. Get with the program

Some personnel are cranky, rude and short in temperament. Others are nice and courteous. They need a few of them to take anger management courses. Some shouldn’t even be in public service.

Hope the timing is from 8:30 am.. I'm sure it closes at 4 pm... I usually go by 3 or 3:15 and get my work done before 4 PM. The thing is you can enter inside before 4 pm and any work will take not more than an hour.

You need to indicate EXACTLY what types of mail are proof of residency for DRIVER &PHOTO ID.

You can walk in and you need social security number and proof of address, passport or birth certificate the vision test they don't on site but if you have problems seen on the visor they will send you to an eye doctor ,you will have to pay for that

Well if you fail twice in a row. You shouldnt go for a third time until you make sure you'll pass. Why waste money? (Also there are no indications of a limit, possibly for so many within short time span)

The DMV gives them to you, you need all the same identification that you need for a driver's license and just say you're there for one. An easy process if you've got the identification - just not a fun wait.
