No dress code. I've seen people wear everything from jeans/t-shirt to tuxedos. Most common dress is business casual though.
Business Casual is most appropriate. For themed events, Halloween concerts, etc, other/themed attire may be appropriate.
Dress code is event specific, so check with the organizers. If in doubt, business casual is a safe bet.
