They Discourage, Delay, and Deny. I have been trying to get relief for my migraines that are service connected for at least 6 months with no help from them. They refer you to your Primary Care Provider who makes recommendations for treatment. After several weeks the appointment get denied. The Patient Advocate does not advocate for the veteran. The Community Care Office is a joke. Trying to get basic medical care there has become a full-time job for me, and I don't have much confidence in them.

I just finished 6 cycles of Chemo and I think the nurses in the AMU are the greatest. They are all very professional and upbeat. They all made my visits as pleasant as they could be. Thanks

Yes sir, there is
They do have Scuba lessons for Veterans. You'll need to call to get details and class schedule.
There is a sandwich shop a block south or the gas station has a Wendy's in it two lights south. 👍
I'm not really sure that
1952 it was opened
No clue. I've only been in bldg 1
They might give em a call
It depends on your age and medical conditions. Ask your primary care provider.
Talk to veterans benefits, Building 550
You can contact Home O2 department @ SLC VA. I know they help veterans with portable O2 for travel only. Not sure how it works if you are traveling here... but they are super helpful and if they can make it work they will.
Veterans health administration
Once you pull into where the parking garage and emergency entrance are there are signs posted giving you directions on where you need to go
It is located between building 16 and the utah state veterans home. It is comprised of mobile home type office buildings
I don't talk on the phone due to a hearing loss and last time i walked through west valley i didn't see one..
Call the hospital and they can tell you. However if you retired with a full 20 years you should. If you are disabled it depends on your rate of disability.
Bldg.14 is the main hospital bldg. Follow the directions to valet parking and they will lead you to the main entrance where a valet will park your vehicle for you. Please feel free to ask anyone for directions here at the hospital. No matter what our position here at the VA is you the veteran are our first priority and we our here to help in anyway we can.
Building one is the main entrance right across from the parking garage that is currently still under construction
They only time is if they are requested
The lab should be open during regular hospital hours.
Supposedly December but I will believe it when I see it.
If you have access to MyHealthyVet and you have linked your appointments to the system, you may be able to find the info there - otherwise, you'll have to call in the am.
Ok where you go in to the main road , do not turn right to valet , drive straight down the hill stop at the stop sign ( i know redundant ) look left and you can see 47 from the stop sign drive straight and your first left then the first left again , then parts on your left. You will be facing the building go to the right then a left takes you to the front door . Tiffany will helo you out .
No. They have a small food pantry on Thursday afternoon at about 1pm. I think they give you about a week's worth of food and encourage you to try other food pantrys.
It's South-East of the hospital. In the VBA building.
Yes, they have RV parking, although you must register first. Call the VA and ask for RV parking and you will be transferred.
