The price is per day and the hours are Monday through Thursday 4pm to 9pm, Friday and Saturday 12am to 12 pm and Sundays 12 to 7.

If you are asking about the ice skating rink it is $9 per person and that includes rentals. There are no daily or seasonal passes that I know of and you just pay each time you go.
