Wrong. Bed bugs negates everything. AND why tell me they were refunding both rooms. The ONLY reason we left was BECAUSE of bed bugs. Called this morning and not only did the gentleman not speak english, he SAID he did not know his manager's name? I am telling EVERYONE I KNOW of the shady business dealings. Wait!!! Why am I communicating with you. Going thru the BBB.
First off rooms are non refundable so pay for what you need is all I can say and everyone spoke English there so im not sure we talking about the same place
10/16/20 Room 269 has best bugs and I have video and pictures of it. I had rented for 3 nights. We checked into room and I called down stars to tell them about the problem. I am getting a refund and will find another place for my family and I to stay in Branson.
Never spoke to anyone who did not speak english. All the front desk people spoke english. Never got bit by anything so not sure what this is all about.
I having the same problem getting a refund. I have been trying for 6 weeks. will not give me managers name. Said having problems putting it back on my visa, told them to mail me a check. They do not have checks. Told them to go buy me a money order. I put in reservation, but cancelled way before the deadline. Still charged me for a room and have told me they will pay me. I just keep begging to get it done. Charged me $72.29 for one night that I cancelled!!!!
We just stayed there last month with absolutely no issues at all. The rooms and bed were nice and bug free.
