The staff at this hotel were so awesome. I felt so at home. The place looks to have been remodeled recently and the grey is very calming. Breakfast was good too. Thank you for having options for juice other than just orange. I have no complaints but I have 2 suggestions...the rooms with verandas, need gates to the patios. The other suggestion is in regards to the indoor pool. I cant speak on the outdoor as we didn't use that pool. Please check your filtration systems and it needs it's chemicals added. Thank you for a nice stay. If the opportunity arises again we'd stay here again!

I finally found a hotel with white towels. Not dingy white/ yellow. One that is clean, especially a bathtub I want to take a bath in. A room that has a lg flat screen tv, doesn't have chips in the walls/ ceilng...doesn't need a paint job. One that feels like home. And the pool is clean. And there is hot and cold breakfast!! I highly recommend this place.The sheets are clean and beds are comfortable. And someone greets you at the desk with a smile at night.

Came from 4+ hours away for a vacation in Branson, MO. Outdoor pool was closed & indoor pool was disgusting. You could not see through the water & the water stunk. The floor in the room we stayed in was so dirty, we walked on it for less than 5 minutes & our feet were black. No microwaves in the rooms. The water stopped working the 2nd night we were there. So no one could shower. It came back on that night. Then shut off again next day. Office was less than helpful on fixing the problem. 2/5 people from our party woke up covered in bites.. Still believe a full refund should have been issued.

The indoor pool was a nice way to kill some time with the kids. And the continental breakfast was decent. My biggest complaint would be the cleanliness of the room/bathroom. The lobby was very clean and nice, but when we made it to our room it seemed the cleanliness level dropped. There was signs on the carpet in multiple areas that it hadn't been vacuumed or hadn't been vacuumed very well. The wall/ceiling above the shower had a very poor patch done which added to the appearance of unclean. Along with the flooring in the bathroom having areas that was peeling up, and where the floor met the tub it looked dirty and worn out. The main door into the hotel room had to be pulled with force due to the fact that the carpet was so high the bottom of the door was getting stuck. The hallways leading to our room, had half smoked cigarette butts throughout, along with trash. At our end of the building we had an ice machine but there was no ice. Some renovation and deeper cleaning to the halls, rooms, and bathroom could make this hotel much nicer and appear much cleaner.

Wrong. Bed bugs negates everything. AND why tell me they were refunding both rooms. The ONLY reason we left was BECAUSE of bed bugs. Called this morning and not only did the gentleman not speak english, he SAID he did not know his manager's name? I am telling EVERYONE I KNOW of the shady business dealings. Wait!!! Why am I communicating with you. Going thru the BBB.
We stayed there 7-10 to 7-12. We had no issues. Place was clean.

When you checked in did you inform them about the dog? I have stayed here several times and have not had any problems.
No they do not. They did accommodate us to give us rooms next to each other. And that's not true about the breakfast. They "prepare" the breakfast in a utility closet and they don't start serving until 7:30-8:00... Won't even unlock the lobby doors until they have finished. Then you have to fight against 150 people at the same time over a dozen "scrambled" powdered eggs and a loaf of stale toast and one pot of coffee. We chose this place to save money on food cost and ended up having to eat out for breakfast also.
This Motel is very clean, Great Breadfast, and very people runs it. Been here several times
It has a refrigerator in most rooms. They do not serve any meat in the morning for breakfast. They are Muslims. They did take good care of us while we're there. Microwave put in your room for $5 a day.
