I had been a customer of E.B.S.B. For over 15 years...I find Rockland trust to be very easy to deal with. I was surprised to see many negative reviews....I couldn't disagree more !!

I had got myself in big trouble with a predatory lender. The staff was kind and extremely helpful. They explained that the lender I was involved with was breaking the law and helped me fix the situation. Jesseline Espinal was very friendly and sat with me as we set up a new account. Branch manager Karen Gallo made me feel like protected. She is very intelligent and knew what I needed to do legally. All an all it was a great experience. I felt cared for and would recommend this branch to anyone.

Worst bank this branch is the worst of all of them I’ve ever dealt with when they were East Boston Savings they were great always helpful and friendly since the rockland trust merger their customer service has been horrendous and it’s sad to say that after almost 40 years I’ve gone to another bank and am leaving this bank as I recommend everyone does!!!!
