Hi Melissa, We share your concern for animals displaced during disasters. The best support comes from groups that are in the same geographical region. We were able to take in dogs after the hurricane in Florida. Working across the US is a challenge for shelters and the animals. We reached out to Texas after their storms and floods, but were informed that other groups nearby were meeting the need. We'll continue to help out as we can on the East Coast. Individuals can certainly help by donating to national or regional groups working in the area of each disaster. Hope that helps!
