I think a wildlife rehabilitation facility would be more appropriate for the wild rabbit

I have over a dozen feral cats living behind my house in Langhorne. Two very young mamma's with kittens. Its getting worse. I have safe trap and can trap them but don't have the money to have them all spayed. will anyone take them and try to save?
I was. Told that this Saturday at all spcas u cans adopt a dog for $18 as long as u bring id does anybody know if that's true becuz ther overpopulation and they will have to start euthinizing the dogs and I couldn't live with mysrlf
