Bad service. Won't come back here again

Visited Fran's today for the first time to celebrate my mom's birthday. We had a reservation for 1:30. We were seated promptly at a nice outdoor table. The host wiped down our table but left it soaking wet. When he didn't come back to dry it off, we decided to dry it with paper napkins. The server came over within the first few minutes of being seated. Our drink order was taken. The server said they would return to take our food order shortly. The server returned about ten minutes or so later to take our order. We ordered appetizers and meals. The food was good but the service was lacking. The server returned shortly after taking our order to run through it a second time. The server forgot my husband's beer and didn't remember until handing us our check. They apologized for this and were honest about their shortcoming with the service. We enjoyed people watching as we had our meal. Although the service was less than ideal, we were thankful to enjoy a lovely day with good food in New Hope.

Nice pub with draft beers, pub food, pizza. Nice staff, great service. Pool table in bar.
