I am looking for somewhere for my 18 year old and her friend to rent from June 4-8. They want somewhere that's nice not a party place. I want somewhere that is safe. They would prefer Surfside or Garden City. Is there any advice you can give me.

Jessica, Surfside Beach and Garden City Beach would definitely fit the bill as far as nice, family-oriented and safe; however, we do have a minimum age of 25 for our guests. We may occasionally have a little "wiggle room" on that restriction at other times of the year, but the first two weeks of June are graduation weeks, and we take a pretty firm stance during those times. I'm sorry we aren't able to help in this case, but we'd love to welcome you and your family some other time!

Very family oriented area. Believe you have to be 25 to rent.

Great location and very family oriented. We have vacationed there for the last 25 years. I think the minimum age is at least 21.

Dunes Realty and the Garden City area especially are very family oriented. I'm not certain the minimum age to rent though.
