Rented through Dunes Reality, many things not working from light fixtures to sliding doors. Door knob on main door was hanging off. My boyfriend had to put it together to work properly. 2 bedroom doors broken, none of the doors close properly. It was dirty, wrappers left in night stand drawers and floor behind furniture. Called Dunes to rectify, message was put out to owners 2 days ago and nothing. My boyfriend ended up using their WD40 on the sliding doors, tracks need to be cleaned out desperately. Over head kitchen light needs new ballister so can’t use that light, there was only 1 lamp working in king bedroom, Dunes gave us 2 new bulbs, now we have 2 lights, 3rd has broken switch. I have rented down in this area from owners to realities for the last 30+ years and have to say, this was the 2nd worse. If your heart is set on ocean cove cuz they do have a nice pool, hot tub and location, rent 309 (ocean view) or 211(on the side but has ocean view from the alley) Big difference when the owners care for their place. Just don’t trash their places. I wouldn’t have done this but I have 2 more days here and nobody showed up from the owners maint. group. If they would have let Dunes maint. come here, it would have been taken care of that day.
