Friendliness doesn't make a good physician. Tested positive for covid, called this office to see what I should do 3 months ago, still waiting for a response. Blood pressure is high called to get an appt, months away. Would not call in a script as length of time between visits was to long, nor would they allow a NP to take my BP without Dr. Guess the possibility of a heart attack or stroke was irrelevant. Find a caring dr.

Went this morning and brought the paper work and documents all signed just for her to tell me they were supposed to be sent back a week before my appointment. My mother made my appointment trying to see who accepts her insurance and my mother does not recall being told that and it did not indicate that in the envelope. First of all I have never heard of a doctors office sending papers for you to sign and you having to send them back. Usually that is done the day of. There are no appointments available else where which is the only reason I cared to even come here. I drove 45 minutes just to be told I can’t come to my appointment over documentation that will take the doctor 5 seconds to read. It was just very wrong in my opinion. There is no where on the paper work or in the envelope that states I had to send it back and an envelope to send it back was not provided either. Thanks for wasting my time and gas money. I also continue without care with my health concerns.

I’ve never had such a patient and caring staff at a doctors office before. As busy as they are the doctors and staff treat you as if you are as important as anyone else. They are very quick and on top of all paperwork and scheduling appointments. Very pleasant experience every-time I go.

I found everyone that I came in contact with at this office to be very friendly, and seemed to try to do everything they could to take care of my needs. From the young lady taking temps at the door, the receptionists, the nurses and Dr. Epperson to be very efficient and caring. I would definitely recommend this office and will be glad to go back should I have the need.
