Shannon at the Office Depot in Berwyn" made my shopping experience wonderful because of the above and beyond customer service that she gave me regarding a "Winsley" computer chair that I wanted to purchase in black and was not ava at the berwyn location so Shannon took it upon herself to go on line to see if I could order it there and it was not available to order. She then went the extra mile and called the "Oakbrook Office Depot" location without realizing they were about to close luckily KEN picked up the phone and located my chair in black and is holding it for me. I couldn't be more happier at not only getting a beautiful comfortable computer chair thats on sale but the effort it took to get was awesome that's how customer service used to be in this world nice to know it still exists at berwyns Office Depot. In conclusion tommrow 9-20-22. I pick up my beautiful chair and.. the STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE from two associates at 2 different locations I truly appreciate That level of service is what makes me a repeat customer. 💯🙂💯👍

Terrible customer service from Employee in the Print and Binding section. He appeared impatient, was not gentle with my book which I requested and paid to bind, nor did he or the other employees contact me when the book had been binded (a poor job as well). Won't be returning here again.
