Generally check-in is anywhere between 2 p.m. and 4 pm. But if no one is in the condo, or wherever you guys are staying, they will go ahead and give you the key early and let you go on & in... even if it's 10 in the morning! Also if no one is coming in the day after you they are usually good about letting you have late check out. I've been using Dunes Realty for about 30 years now and they have been great at all times!
Heidi, we guarantee check-in by 4:00 PM; however, in many cases, the property may be ready before then. Give us a call when you arrive in town, and even if it's not quite ready yet, we'll let you know when it is. Thank you, and we can't wait to see you at the beach!
