My neighbor moved and left their cat here. I can't contact them anymore. I don't want nor can I take the cat what do I do whit him. He just runs around the neighborhood.

Take it to holland road SPCA if you take it to animal control they will euthanize it.

Only bad part about dropping them off is if nobody claims or adopts the car they put them to sleep after awhile. I believe
