At most fast food restaurants there are Outlets so you can charge your devices you just have to look for them
Most McDonald's has upgraded so just go in and see. Might be time for you to buy a battery pack for 10 bucks from a cheap phone store.

They updated the inside of this McDonald's and I haven't been inside yet but I'm betting on that you probably can recharge your phones and laptops
