Can you tell the PM management team to stop closing their lobby early almost every night out of laziness? Or just update their hours already to prevent people from going there and having the employees send customers through the drive-through which is really not safe.

I’m disgusted I was enjoying my crispy chicken sandwich after a long day at work I didn’t even bother checking out my food. As I was taking the last few bits I noticed something green on my top bun and it’s mole mold the camera won’t pick it up as good but I checked it and it is. I’ve always bought from this place but after this experience I’m never giving McDonald’s another pennie from my pocket. Watch your food before you eat it these people don’t care about the public

Bathroom had toilet paper all over floor but the lady was going to clean the mens but still dirty.. My ice-cream was watery kinda gross. Service was taken and delivered fast. I would try it again but I wouldn't rush back

This happened just before 1:30pm on Sunday at the drive-through: Me: Hi, can I have a burger, fries and a water? Her: We can’t give out water anymore. Would you like a bottle of water? Me: that’s fine. Can I get a cup with ice for it? Her: No, we can’t give out cups of ice. Me: I’m paying for food, and paying for a bottle of water, but you won’t give me a cup with ice? Her: Yeah, we don’t give out cups. I pulled and went straight home. Thanks for saving me $10.
