I ordered ahead for a frappe, sausage, and a strawberry creme pie. I get to the drive thru shr said the frappe machine wasn't working and she asked if I wanted a shake and I agreed. I get to the pickup window she hands me food without a drink then leaves. I waited till she came back and then she said the shake machine wasn't working too so she rung me up for just the food. Now I'm left with just food and no drink🤦🏽. Next time try blocking unavailable items online

Verryyyyy slow service. You take an order win drive thru and just place it...what's so hard about that..I waited ten min and was the only one in drove thru one morning..like whhyyyyy

We went to McDonalds Saturday the 12th around 1:00am i was the only car and it fell like only one lady was working , she was very rude she didn’t have time to listen to my whole food order and SHE WAS SUPER HYPER like she was on drugs , after my order i pulled up to the first window and she wasn't there so we drove to the second window and she was speed walking to the second window and started knocking on the window all hyped about it and pointed at the first window like i was her kid took a couple steps back and pointed with her whole arm like a Sargent towards the first window, she’s definitely on something .. after she did all the stepping back i left i did not feel safe eating that food she was making me ….VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ‼️‼️

Horrible Drive through customer service. Employee was confused about my order. I tried to explain but employee chose to get angry.
