My friends and I finished a movie. Before coming to this McDonald’s we confirmed the hours were open until midnight for both drive through and dine in. We walked out of our way to get there and when we arrived the doors were locked. We also tried to order curbside pick up but it said it was closed online as well. Overall disappointing and a horrible experience. Why do you have those hours posted if you aren’t going to commit to them? It seems like they not interested in satisfying their customers.

This particular location manager very rude and unprofessional. So I if you bought the food in in drive-thru and throw out garbage include your receipts you are not allowed to go to restroom. When I was trying to show them proof of purchuse via my bank account they have danied it without any common sense or explanation.

Just placed an online order, when I got to the drive thru I was told that some of the items from my order were not available, and I had no interest in any of the replacements. Was told by cashier at 2:59am of June 18th that they were unable to cancel the order from their end, same thing was said by manager. I told them to cancel the whole thing because they shouldn’t have accepted an order when they knew they didn’t have several items unavailable. Was told by both cashier AND manager that I had to “come back tomorrow” if I wanted my money back. I told them that they either gave my money back immediately or that I wouldn’t move and no one else in the drive thru would get their food. Now suddenly, JUST LIKE MAGIC, they managed to find a way to get me a refund in literally ONE MINUTE. So when I asked nicely I was told that it was not possible, that there was nothing they could do, but when I refused to move they magically found a solution to my problem? Your ENTIRE staff is terrible, untrained and unprofessional, including your manager. They all lied that they couldn’t solve my problem so they didn’t have to deal with the hassle, but it took me refusing to move out of line for a solution to magically appear out of thin air. I live only a few blocks away from this location but you can write it down, I’m never coming here again and will let my friends and neighbors know about my experience. Train your people better, period. We are paying for a product and a service, no one is there doing us a favor or working for free. Unacceptable customer service!

Asked for a plain crispy chicken sandwich and got handed a spicy chicken sandwich with pickles. Also people at drive through where not good at listening, making me repeat multiple times and stop as well. Will not bring my daughter back here anytime soon. Disappointed.
