I got COLD taco shells through the drive through in my whole order. And the manager said "that's how all my shells are even if I remake or reheat it" Then said in a few days I'd get my money but it only took a few seconds to take the money off my card smh

Pretty new building, but be aware the entry to the drive thru is a bit weird. Usually not too busy here and staff is able to get you your food really quickly. Never had any issues at this location.

Taco bell over the years changed so much I remember the taco salad they actually have a tortilla shell fill in the beef lettuce tomato shredded cheese alittle fried beans super great .I ordered steak burritos ughh they should call it bean burrito! Where's the beef!

Pleasant and friendly customer service I've been to this restaurant a couple of times since it's relatively close to me and always had the best service. I've seen other reviews saying that a new manager is friendly with everyone, and that's what I've experienced myself and noticed with other people. Food doesn't disappoint either; it's hot and tasty and filling. I liked the wrap a lot. Everything is better with lots of Diablo sauce, actually. The only bad thing I can point out is their driveway - it's very confusing, to be honest. Taking into account that traffic on Cicero is heavy at all times.
