One does SPCA pick up all stray cat I'm a pet lover but not this much there over 25 if not more cats in my yard I own only four but not out side they are tearing up yard pooin where ever they like messing up my garden plz help

You can call and report the feral cat's in your yard, and what they are doing. To keep them out of your garden get some empty bottles, put water and some ammonia in them punch holes in the tops , place around garden area, it will keep them out.
