As with all Service Industries, a LOT depends on YOU. I was careful to arrive well before the rush of people at 5pm. So I got right in and was helped immediately. I know exactly what I want, I paid for it right then, and did NOT ask a bunch of silly questions or argue with my children. Because I was well prepared and organized, my order was done in less than 15 minutes. Next, the technician repaired the loose frames on my existing glasses for FREE. Last, but most important, the COST is great! My lenses AND frames were $59. And I did not even get the cheapest ones they had! My experience was great!

I live out of the area and stopped in because I needed my glasses repaired. Eli was awesome! Efficient, professional, friendly, definitely five stars! I had tried to unsuccessfully repair them with my kit, but he was able to help right away! I'm so glad that I didn't have to get a replacement pair just yet. Thank you!
