How can a king snake be feral? Was it a pet? King snakes are indigenous to this area. If he's outside leave him alone. He'll eat mice and other critters. If he was a pet, but feral. No idea what they'll do with him.
You could just call and ask.
They probably do, but lately I haven't seen many snakes there.
King snakes are a good thing to have on your property, they keep down rodent population
