No dress code, but it is a nice restaurant so it never hurts to dress up a little.
Not specifically, they won't ask you to leave if you don't look ok, but you will feel out of place. I have gone in nice shorts and a polo, or even nice jeans and a T shirt. More of a trendy place than a really nice place as far as dress goes.
