I came in and the “General Manager” was so rude and disrespectful. The supervisor was super understanding they were over charging me on a “kids eat free day”. She came so rude by taking a not cooked French toast that they sub with Mac and cheese and still charge me for it. Then she came up with that she already comped it when kids it free with an adult and had the other one that was charged for. Not customer service at all sooo rude!

Love this place! Friendly wait staff and managers! The managers always pitch in to help wherever help is needed, which is typically not the case. The food is ALWAYS good at a reasonable price. I have never been disappointed with Village Inn. HIGHLY recommend!! 👌 Don't bother with the Village Inn app. It's totally unlike the restaurant for service and quality because the app has neither 😕 I still highly recommend the restaurant!!

Food is excellent, service is good and friendly, affordably priced and it's an easy location to get to. We go there quite often.

I got a French Skillet and I think I had 5 bites before I couldn't tell if it was coming back up. Once we got our food, our server never came back to the table. I let the woman at the front know and even though I didn't request it, she was very kind and took $5 off our total. My dad's food was good (except the restaurant decides how much dressing you get on your salad, which is A LOT), the staff were all nice, and I love the decor.
