I’m always up for a delicious bowl of ice cream, and although the ice cream was exquisite, the service was really what made my experience. I wasn’t having the best day when I went in and the worker Alex instantly put a smile on my face. He had such an amazing attitude and made sure I had a special and unique experience. I came in with a couple of buddies after going out for dinner, we were greeted by smiling faces and we were served by Alex H. He did such a great job recommending a flavor. He also did cool tricks with the Ice cream, Alex definitely knew his stuff and made this place so worth the visit.

The entire establishment has changed so much in the past year! Finally new management and we get our beloved Cold Stone back! The old owner wasn't the greatest and a cheapskate. Went in the other day, they greeted me and loaded my ice cream up with toppings!! The manager on duty was super helpful as well with my daughter and her allergies! Will definitely be back!
