Terrible food. We ordered tacos they were cold, ordered Mac and cheese and it was super dry! The wings were also dry even with bbq. Wouldn’t recommend eating here. Drinks is the only good thing there.

We were 2 adults and an 11 year old. We had a great time playing lots of different types of arcade games. We also had dinner and the food was delicious!! The only negative is the arcade was downstairs and everything else is upstairs. So you had to go up and down for the bathrooms or to get drinks. There didn't seem to be an elevator so it could be a problem for people with mobility issues. We plan to go back when we're back in town.

My favorite spot in dubuque. Casual hangout with a nice selection of drinks. arcade downstairs is a wonderful addition to destress after a hard week. I highly recommend their Black & White. You will not be disappointed.

LOVE the arcade before COVID-19! Finally was a place to play some skee ball and foosball in town! Beer selection is okay, but definitely a fun place to grab a beer and chill.
