Can I jog earlier to than 8 am? I noticed the main gate is now open early ( SHV student drop-off ). Thanks.

Yes you can. We are usually there around 0700. Once in awhile the gate might not be open...seldom and mostly on weekends...but even then you can park in the neighborhood and jog down into the park. We did that last Saturday. :-)
