If I am going for the sloth encounter and buy tokens, will I be able to get in. I know it says first come, first serve. Like how busy does it get? Is there a chance that we could not get to do it? Also, do we have to wear masks?

Masks aren't required and rarely does anyone ever go in the sloth encounter

Masks are optional. I went on a Sunday and it wasn’t very busy at all, but idk about any other days. I wouldn’t worry about not getting to pet the sloths. I’m sure it will be fine. And if by some chance you can’t see them, there are a lot of animals available to see and pet.
