I have the same problem and there's no phone number anywhere. I sent a message and am waiting for a response.

You can either print them out or show them the email order number/barcodes of the tickets purchased. If you bought them from a different website, it a bit easier just to print out the tickets.

From their support/FAQ site: SEA LIFE does not have wheelchairs or electric scooters available for rent; however, Arizona Mills mall has wheelchairs available at Guest Services, located near the Food Court

Hello! The price is 19.95 per person. I bought it In combo with Lego Land, I do not recommend the combo. In Lego Land many of the attractions do not work, my children got angry a lot, they left annoying, the only thing that serves is a mechanical games and the movie they are showing, I drive 7 hours to go to legoland and I regret it, Sea Life is small. This is interesting, I recommend you If you decide to go to this aquarium and you have little ones for 5 they give you 1 guide with a Lego monkey that you can exchange with the aquarium staff and there is 1 sheet that they seal in each station. This Odysea Aquarium is 3 floors very interesting, my children of 8 and 4 enjoyed it a lot, it is more expensive at 44.95 sale at the window and If you buy On the internet you get 34.95 per person for adults and 25.95 for children. This place is a square of Pure museums I recommend the restaurant Dinosaur Grill the Trex burger is very delicious, the crispy succulent French fries very different from other restaurants. Where did you purchase the tkts? Always call ahead, in some cases if they will allow you to use the tkts at a later date however the day must be open to the public. Some times the facility's are closed for private events

If you buy the tickets in person, it's $22 - adults, $20 for seniors, $17 for kids (3-12). If you buy them 24 hours in advance online, there are discounted prices during the week days.

Best way is to walk into the place and talk with them direct. They tend to always provide discounts when you are friendly.
