Worst experience at the Sabrina Carpenter concert. They had us all lined up in the middle of the road on the bridge which was very unsafe, opened doors 2 hours late, people were passing out waiting and they didn't even have someone selling water until we complained multiple times. Didn't have anyone directing the crowds. They completely oversold tickets. And any time we dared to ask what was going on and when we would be able to get in, we got yelled at by staff and told "I don't know what to tell you". I don't know what covid did to this place, but it's not the same place anymore and I will not be going back. People were also told by staff that there was no merch then we found the merch table sold out by the time we got to it because we were told there wasn't any...0/10

I sure do love going to concerts, but I sure dislike this place a lot. Is being rude a job requirement here? They would not let me enter without throwing away my pack of gum. "Are you gonna make this a thing or just throw it away?"- security girl. So I tossed my new pack, feeling like an elementary school kid that was just scolded by teacher for having gum. The level of disrespect was not a good start. The show for FKJ was sold out. The only place to stand was up against the wall in the very back or in the door way. The entire place was jam packed with way too many people. The sound quality was trash. If you have to stand under the balcony or back, you might as well just go home, which is what I would have done if I wasn't with people. It was such a terrible and pathetic experience for a music venue, I would rather pass on artists I love and wait till they come back at another venue. I will neverrrrr come back here. Ew.

Great intimate venue with awesome acoustics

Great show good vibes

I believe so because they don't regulate the standing room
Yes, I have been able to do that before!
If you have GA, you're going to be behind all of the people who bought their tickets early and have "early entry" wristbands. I saw Hozier there last month and had early entry so we were only behind about 9 people who just happened to get there before us. We were in the very front (a gaggle of girls ran to the front center despite security yelling at them) so we were about 10 feet right of center with our arms hanging over the barricade. Incredibly awesome and best concert ever but a couple of people collapsed from heat exhaustion several feet behind me because it gets incredibly hot back there. If you're GA, get there as early as possible so you're right behind the 30 or so people with early entry.
There are chairs all around the balcony. Bench seats on left side of entryway and wheelchair spaces. Bench seating on the far side, first come first served.
Either way, just be prepared with tickets on your phone, screenshot them and make sure to have brightness up to ensure smooth entrance.
Its indoor. The last show I went to there charged more for the balcony seats. There is a patio area as well
I went to a concert there recently. Checked online for different prices. Buy at the door, and you could spend twice as much some of the deals online!
The bag rules are on the Marquee website. There are restrictions. .....CAN I BRING IN A MESSENGER BAG, BACKPACK, CAMELBACKS, BOTA BAGS? WHAT ABOUT A COAT CHECK? Sorry, we do not allow large bags larger than 10” x 10” nor any messenger bags, camelbacks, bota bags, etc. Also, we do not have a coat check.
Yes, there IS an elevator! With the balcony addition, the Marquee is now two stories!
Unless the specific show you're attending says 21+ only, general admission standing area is all ages! :) You are correct about the balcony being 21+ though. Enjoy the show! 🤘
The balcony section up top has seating. Typically during concerts there is no seating on the main floor.
They give you a rapid test that doesn't work. Got tested there and it came back negative got tested the same day beforehand and I got a call the next day saying I was positive. It doesn't work at all so even of you are positive your good to go in the show cause it won't show up kn there tests.
It's all GA.
There is minimal seating in the balcony. Otherwise you are standing in GA.
Make sure you're buying directly from the venue's preferred vendor.
No
Their homepage will tell you. Should be on your tickets also.
I would check the band and/or tours website to see additional tour dates and stops.
Might want to check because I believe the venue is 13+ only also. It's truly not a place for a child.
It depends on the event and should be stated on the ticket or during the checkout. In most cases, they only card if you plan to drink.
I would contact the Marquee directly
There is sometimes a food truck as well
Will call is easy and quick always the best choice because the tickets are there at the venue and ready to go . The Balcony more expensive then general admission but it has seating and great view . General admission is awesome if want to be part of the crowed and try to get up front where the band is .make sure you buy your ticket from the marquee theater website to avoid buying resale tickets that will cost more then the original value of ticket.
I advise checking the web site.. or call they are very helpful..
Outside only. I dont think I've ever tried to bring in extra batteries or juice, but they've never made me empty my tank or anything.
It doesn't close at 6. Maybe they meant new ticket sales stop then? I know you can pick up tickets up until shows end
It depends on the act. You would probably find the approximate performance time on the bands forum site or check w the Venue.
Yes.
Yes all ages is all ages. I have seen kids as young as maybe 4. I would suggest ear plugs.
Yes
They search my wife's bag at the Greta Van Fleet concert, but no restrictions.
Yes. The show is tagged as an "All Ages" event.
If the show is not sold out then I am sure you will be able to purchase tickets at the venue box office. You can go to their website for prices on tickets.
I do not think that is permitted. There is security in the lot during the show but not likely after. There is public parking nearby. Personally, I would not suggest it. I'd just Uber/Lyft both ways.
that's when the box office closes.
It's standing room only unless you purchase balcony seating.
You have to be 21 or older for the balcony. Even if you pay for a balcony ticket.
The main floor is standing room only (no seating at all). The limited seating balcony has bar stools, and two sofa sections, available for additional cost. These typically sell out quickly so buy your tickets early.
No thay do ask for id
You can call the box office if you can't order tickets online. They are very helpful.
Yes. They do a very thorough search and outside drinks are not permitted.
Yes, sadly! We have about 60 balcony seats if I remember correctly but can hold about 130 I think for standing. Seats are always the first to sell out haha. Even for some of the smaller shows!
Buy the day of the show you will be paying top dollar
One is more intimate plus seated. There are also 2 sections to the upgraded seating. 1 is single / individual chairs and the more private section is booth.
No, it is strictly 21+
There was nothing stating otherwise.
You can get tickets the day of the show if its not sold out
Absolutely!
You can pick up tix whenever you want
There aren't any actual seats on the main floor, but the place does hold 2500 people, according to their website.
It depends on the event. There was no fee for Desert Frostover. Usually $10 though. Sometimes you can park across the street in the parking structure for free as well.
Depends on who's playing. Diff prices for diff artists. Could be more at door
Hmm...not my experience. They charge ticket fee (on top of order fee) regardless of where tickets are purchased.
Good question! Best answer? When your son calls you to come pick him up, it'd be a safe bet, that the show's over at that point!?
Yes VIP upstairs on the balcony further from the stage. Other than that it is standing room only.
He doesn't speak Spanish
Call and ask the theatre directly
