Hi! I was put on hold with sea life for over 20 minutes so I figured I would ask on here.. we purchased tickets for the 21 of January and unfortunately my daughter has the flu so they were not used. Wondering if we can use them for this weekend?

Where did you purchase the tkts? Always call ahead, in some cases if they will allow you to use the tkts at a later date however the day must be open to the public. Some times the facility's are closed for private events

There's no place on the website to apply a coupon code. There's also no contact number any where. I've also emailed trying to figure this out and all they say is there is a apply coupon at check out when there is not.
