Pretty sure they do intake on monday morning but you do have to be there at 5 am. If your late you might not get seen. I was in there 2 weeks ago and there was a new guy there he got a prescription for a weeks worth of Subs. So i am pretty sure you would have to come in once a week for suboxone. I do know that if you have anything else in your system other than Suboxone they will not give you any until your clean
Not sure about take home for Suboxone. They only do new patient intakes on certain days Thur and one other day can't remember which. You have to arrive at 5 to be admitted. Really good clinic though.
