The wait was not bad. I strongly recommend that you go early and wait in line. I got there at 6am . The office opened at 8am. I was # 60 in the line. I was done by 9:20am. If you can get the forms you need ahead of time it will save you some time.
I would suggest going around 11 am or 12 pm. Its terrible early in the morning and they usually stop taking ppl around 2
