I have an international license. I will use my 6 point ID proof to get a NJ license. Does Newton MVC accommodate this request or do I need to go the Randolph?

You can go to Oakland, Randolph, Wayne, Paterson and some others. Check their site.

Newton is only doing registrations right now. Make sure Randolph is doing licenses.
