Depends what time of day. I went 2 times. The best time was around 12:30-1:30. I only waited 45 minutes outside and about 15-20 minutes inside. I was registering a car, and I had already filled the form out ahead of time.
Depends on where you go...Newton NJ was good about 1 week ago...runs smoothly
