You will want to go online or call and make an appointment. The Dmv isn't doing the driving test so they will give you a waiver. If you are getting a permit will be a test and no driving part, for license it will just be a waiver an show your hours and all that

I got my renewal so I made appt. I do not know about driving test. You probably need to go on line and make appt.
