I went in there today to ask a question and everyone was just talking to each other like they were having non work related conversations. I was just standing and waiting for someone to acknowledge me for about 5-10 minutes or so -meanwhile I am literally the only one in the lobby. Finally a nice gentleman working there walked in and helped me. I could understand if they were busy and i understand that I wasn’t there to actually be seen by anyone but still felt like it was rude and unprofessional.

Been going to this place for many years. Dr. Gardner was a good doctor. However, now they don’t even have a doctor?? Can’t get any good service. Any questions answered. They don’t take the time to listen to your needs and concerns. They act like they could care less about your health. Just give them the money. And most of the staff is about as rude as it gets every time I call or go there. What happened to this place??
