Does anyone know how a person can actually get ahold of someone to make a reservation? Their message says to go to their website but when you go there our Antivirus tells us it is malicious site...

I reserved through the site as well. No issues. Have reserved twice, actually.

I had no problem getting a person or using their website. Not a malicious site. Just try again.

We have a reservation via the website but have been calling to see if we can modify it and it goes through the recorded message to reserve on the weste and disconnects. No one ever answers the phone and there is no way to modify or cancel a reservation. Very frustrating!
