Great food, huge portions, friendly service! We were famished after a day of driving to Wall and then the Badlands loop. We went to Wall Drugs and visited some of the souvenir shops. It was nearing 8:00 and we asked about places to eat and Badlands Saloon and Grill was recommended. We walked across the street, were seated quickly, and the friendly service began shortly. I had the chicken fried steak (HUGE portion and cooked perfectly) with french fries and a house salad with Ranch dressing. My wife had the cheeseburger with fries. Thanks for the great food and fantastic service. If we are ever back in Wall, we shall return!

Tourist spot, service can be a little slow. Food is decent, portions are small for the price. There's video poker in the back. Ordered the bison burger, was okay, buns weren't toasted, slaw was more of a kale salad drowned in dressing. The steak tips were okay, probably about 6-8 oz of beef. Decent sauce with a dinner roll and a side. They are open later than their competition. Probably would go to the DQ if given the choice again.

We came for the Badlands and stayed for the food. We found this place across the street from Wall Drug on a Friday night and it was pretty busy. We ordered the rattlesnake pizza and it was incredible. The next morning we arrived for breakfast and while it took awhile to come out it too was delicious. I would give the two visits a 5 star, but the service and cooking both times of day were a little on the slow side. If you want some good food, and have a little time to enjoy the experience I would recommend a visit.

Pretty good food. Came in the early spring and the joint was practically empty. Had fried green beans for an app and some draft beers to start. Both were okay. Ordered the steak tips with slaw and it was really good if a bit bland. Good prices for a tourist town. The bar is excellent.
