No day is slower than any other. They're always busy, but just get there 10 minutes before they open and be one of the first few in the door.

I would NOT get there 10 min before they open. They already have a line outside the door by that time. You want to go between 9 and 11, or between 2 and 4. Those are their "slow" times.

If you pick a restaurant with no cars in the parking lot do you feel lucky or that maybe you are going to get bad service and food. I recommend Geralds because the quality of merchadise and service are well worth the wait. If you are in a rush go to a place that has no cars in the parking lot

They told me Wednesday's were the slowest day but it was still busy when I was there on a Wednesday best to make an appt or be prepared to leave the car or wait a while but they do work fast
